Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is responsible for formulating systems for implementing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensuring the preparation, approval, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Qualification/Validation Protocols. The department also performs qualification audits and certification of raw material and packaging material vendors. Additionally, Quality Assurance handles finished product release, conducts annual statistical data reviews, and organizes periodic technical training programs for employees.

Quality Control

The Quality Control Laboratory performs chemical, physical, and microbiological measurements, interprets test results, and assesses their compliance using highly precise equipment such as HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, AA Spectrophotometers, Stability Climatic Chambers, and other sophisticated equipment under the guidance of qualified analysts.

Research & Development

The Research & Development department is well-equipped for developing experimental batches at the laboratory scale. Its diverse functions include pursuing new product research and development, updating existing products, conducting quality checks, and driving innovation. Through regular evaluation of existing products, the R&D team ensures their functionality and identifies potential changes or upgrades for continued market relevance.
